A Sarasota Hooters Christmas Tale of 2016

A SARASOTA CHRISTMAS TALE OF 2016
Twas’ the night before Christmas, still a chilly bright day,
Was a bar full of waitresses, forced they were to stay.
A roomful of silence, from the front to the back,
And not a soul ‘bout to enter, and the laughter did lack.
When off to the side, out the window Tae heard,
But the flash of something red, like a quick red bird.
The red sight did appear, again and again,
Something joyous to come, as if according to plan.
It suddenly got dark, like the sun behind a cloud,
And the air did get chilly, no longer in the south.
Chloe’s eyes looked deeply, and but whom did appear,
But a little old man, with a bushy white beard.
He wore a red outfit, with a shiny black belt,
And a red velvet hat, like it belonged to his self.
Keri is no dummy, for this she has seen,
As Santa Claus has arrived, along with his team.
In the front of the store, somehow we now saw,
Was nine anxious reindeer, and a sleigh five feet tall.
“HO HO HO.” Says Santa, to the front door he is now,
“It is time to start Christmas,” he said with a bow.
Next thing they all knew, as he feet stomped on the floor,
But the parking lot was full, and people entering the door.
To Hooters they all come, and of this you do not doubt,
And food will be eaten, with the noise getting loud.

“Hey Samantha, and Maddie, Alyssa and Shannon,
Hail Emily, and Allie, Karlie, Kailee and Rhiannon.
It is that time of year, that you all so hold dear,
But to serve these happy souls, whether it water or beer.
Rob looked at the mass, that was filling the room,
Wondering how will we do it, before the rise of the moon.
Nicolle had no fear, as she mixed the many drinks,
This is the night to make money, she thought as she winked.
Calendars were not forgotten, as Kendall made sure,
And she signed and signedand signed, til her fingers grew sore.
Desi ran this way and that way, bringing wings to the crowd,
Kim gave the reindeer water, as much their tummies allowed.
Alexis then looked at Santa, with the young one in her thoughts,
And he looked right back at her, like her wishes he had sought.
He then looked hard at Taylor, a wide smile on his face.
“I know a new place to visit, under the tree at your place.”
The people end up leaving, as light turns to black night,
And Katelynn looked amazed, at this past glorious sight.
Christmas Eve at Hooters, as previous girls surely know,
Is home to dear old Santa, a place he hangs up his cloak.
Santa flew up to the sky, in the sleigh led by his team,
And he looked to the ground, his eyes twinkling with a gleam .
“I’ll see you next year, as I make the night bright.
SO MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YOU HOOTERS;

MAKE THIS YOUR FESTIVE NIGHT!!
