“SCREAM”-A-Geddon In the Woods
On Sep 25th Scream-A-Geddon will debut in the Tampa Bay area. This new scare park will feature 6 terrifying attractions including a Monster Midway spread out over 60 acres of Old Florida Forest in Dade City. This new attraction will be billed as anything unlike you have ever experienced at one of the larger commercial scare attractions.
The Cursed Hayride
The residents of a town have been cursed with immortality and have been wanting to die for years. The problem is, their attempts to reach the afterlife has been in vain. To succeed in reaching the afterlife, they must replace their soul with yours!!!! In this attraction you get to ride a wagon through Cursed Hayride and witness for yourself all of horrifying sights and sounds of the doomed souls. Beware though, they are still seeking yours…………….
Dead Woods
The Tate family lives in a small corner of Bearstone National Park. They have called these woods home for over five generations. Ever since the Federal Government claimed these lands for the national park, the Tates have guarded their land fiercely. In fact, only the unlucky travelers whose car breaks down or just lose their way end up seeing the Tates. You will have to navigate yourself through a wooded trail and possibly encounter members of the Tate family in their cabins, workshops, or even the outhouses. If you are real unlucky, you may encounter the Tate Brothers……..
Adding the thrill of the woods will make these scare attractions stand on its own for Scream-A-Geddon. The natural darkness and shadows that the moon will create creates an eeriness one never wants to experience, yet you will be doing so voluntarily.
These are just two of the 6 attractions that will be at Scream-A-Geddon this year. In later articles I will speak of the other 4 to debut this year. Scream-A-Geddon opens on Sep 25th and will be open on select nights through Nov. 1rst. Scream-A-Geddon is located in Dade City at 27839 Saint Joe Rd.
