I am in better shape now than when I tackled it a few years back. I also had the experience of being on the course also. With all of that in mind, I kind of knew what to expect and how to do it. The one thing different this time was being able to witness a school trip that ranged from middle schooler to high school being present. It looked like everyone, from 6 to 86 years of age, was having a magnificent time.

 

It was interesting to see someone of such young years show no fear high above and performing elements I may never be able to try on the black course. The “no fear” mentality showed throughout the course whereas myself, at my tender older age: shows a lot for respect for this course. Even though I did do everything I attempted.

Treehoppers has lasted the time test and proved they are here to stay. It is a tree course in the Tampa Bay area that should be experienced by any adventurer out there young or old. The staff is always wonderful and helpful and I even got to see two rescues between elements by the staff this visit. The professionalism and kindness shown during the rescues were exemplary.
