Scream-A-Geddon Round 3

It is September and that means 2017 is gearing for the haunt season in the Tampa Bay area. Scream-A-Geddon is not to be left out and returns for it’s third year of terrifying those who are to bravely venture into the Monster Midway to select one of those haunted houses brought to you this year. Voted as USA’s best newcomer in haunted houses, those of you who have gone in the past will only agree it is an “experience” that is necessary to go to during the haunt season.

Classic haunted houses Bedlam 3D and Dead Woods will be returning to play on your senses whether it be with your perception and clowns, or ….. the pitch black of the woods. Blackpool Prison, least years popular interactive newcomer, is also returning to see if you will brave the inmates with a tour. Be brave and be part of the action also. The new house this year, also an interactive house, is Infected: Ground Zero. Into the quarantine zone established by the ARES team if you dare. WILL YOU SURVIVE?????

The ever popular Cursed Hayride returns to take you on a trip around the woods on a tractor-pulled trailer loaded with hay. What surprises will be around every bend or under the roof as you travel slowly through the darkness? The surprises have been different each previous year and I am looking forward to what is presented this year.

The popularity of this place to me is the limited number of people allowed into the park to eliminate the 2 hour line waits into each house. Scream-A-Geddon also offers a VIP “fast pass” that allows you to eliminate any lines if you are just that much in a hurry to get your scares. Tickets start as low as $19.95, but get your tickets online, for they are $5 more at the gate (if they are not already sold out.)

As a bonus, being a reader and fan of The Thrillfreak, you have the opportunity to win 4 tickets to Scream-A-Geddon for yourself. Just click the link below to the contest page and wait and win. You will want to come back multiple times with new friends, though.
