Monsterjam Celebrates 25 Years in Tampa

10,000 pounds of steel up to 12 feet in height roaring up to speeds of 100 mph in a Raymond James Stadium. What can that mean? It means MONSTERJAM has returned for 2017 to Tampa. Celebrate 25 years of Monsterjam as numerous exciting trucks and drivers show up to perform and excite the fans with feats that will leave your jaw dropping.

A significant milestone this year is Gravedigger’s 35th year as a monster truck. Dennis Anderson will be in Tampa as the driver on Jan. 14th to compete and wow you out of you
r seats. Ryan Anderson, the son of the infamous Dennis, will also be in Tampa in his truck Sun-Uva Digger to defend his freestyle win he won back in 2016 in this very stadium.

Other trucks slated to appear will be Jester, Xtermigator, Wrecking Crew, Rage, Barbarian, Overkill, Bounty Hunter, and the ever popular Monster Energy driven by Coty Saucier. Not forgetting the women drivers out there, Tampa will have the very personable and fan favorite Becky McDonough driving El Toro Loco. Of course there will be many more appearing to fill Raymond James.

Want to see the trucks up close and in person. Do not forget the Party In The Pits before the show on the afternoon of the 14th from 2:30-5:20 pm and the main event at 7:00 pm. The Party in The Pits does cost $10 and an event ticket is also required for entry. Starting Jan 1st you can get free pit passes at participating South Florida Ford dealerships. This is a perfect area to meet the drivers, get autographs and have your picture taken with your favorite drivers. See the signature boards I created that was popular with the drivers and the 4 year olds who received them.

Tickets start as low as $15 for this event and I have 4 tickets and pit passes to give away to one of my lucky fans, courtesy of Feld Entertainment. This will gain entry for 4 to the main event in Tampa on the 14th of January as well as pit passes for the Party In The Pits beforehand. All you have to do is click the link below and enter. Easy as that.

Even is you do not win, tickets are available at ticketmaster.com. Trust me, once you go it is an addiction you cannot lose, and you WILL be wanting to go to the second show on Feb 4rth, which features different trucks, but the same level of fun.
