The record-breaking new hybrid coaster Iron Gwazi has an opening date of March 11th.

Iron Gwazi has a 206-foot-tall peak into a 91-degree drop and reach top speeds of 76 miles per hour on this unforgettable ride. It is billed as North America’s fastest and steepest hybrid coaster. The first drop is at 206 feet and a 91 degree drop. There is expected to be a dozen airtime moments as well as three inversions.

Iron Gwazi will take the record of highest hybrid from Steel Vengeance (standing at 205 feet). Both of these Coasters are from Rocky Mountain Construction and one has proven to be amazing. Iron Gwazi will follow suit.

Passmembers will be able to do preview rides starting Feb. 13th. I will have a ride video up when I am able to take advantage.
